Shipping policy

    • We only ship to the United States of America.
    • The carriers companies we work with are DHL Express, UPS, and USPS.
    • All orders are shipped Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays are not included.
    • Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package, your delivery address and preferred shipping method.
    • All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped via USPS Priority. Once processed, it may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination.
    • You should be aware that orders placed after 12:00 P.M. may not be processed until the following business day. To ensure your order is sent out on the same day, please submit it by the deadline.
    • We reserve the right to determine the shipping method that is most cost-effective for you.
    • Orders that are eligible for free economy shipping typically arrive within 3-10 business days.
    • Shipping delays due to weather or holidays (Covid-19, etc.) Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in shipping. We will ensure that you receive your package(s) and will do everything to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
    • All orders are securely packed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, however shipping delays will occur for special order items, which are ordered as necessary.
    • Multiple orders may be made from different sources and will have different shipping and delivery times.
    • We will send you an e-mail with tracking information and delivery date as soon as we have processed your order.
    • Delivery is done to the main entrance of the building. It does not include setup.
